Laundry area has washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, even a vacuum cleaner. Well stocked kitchen has stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and all utensils and cutlery. Plenty of new glasses and dishes.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a closet and a private bath. Sliding window to fill the room with the sounds and the tradewinds of the ocean. The guest room has a queen size bed with a closet and private bath access. The sleeper sofa has a full size mattress. The light darkening draw drapes provide extra morning sleep. All the bedding is new, clean and comfortable. Not all balconies are created equal. Our balcony is high on the 11th floor situated facing the ocean straight ahead; step back a bit and you have the whole panoramic world to yourself! We have the wide style Tradewinds balcony.

Activities nearby include: World Class Off Shore and Cove and Bayou area Fishing, Golf, Shopping, Sightseeing, Kayaking, Birding and Wildlife opportunities. Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Sailing, Antiquing. Visit Historic Fort Morgan approximately 25 miles to the west. So much to see and do. Centrally located in Orange Beach, AL between Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL.
